1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, any item that has been used or opened cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Product Claims

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. Here's how to proceed:

Steps to Report Damage:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.

If the damage is verified:

  • You may choose either:
    ✅ A replacement product at no cost, or
    ✅ A full refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.

  • We require photo or video evidence to process all damage claims.

  • If visual proof is not provided, or if the damage cannot be verified, no refund or replacement will be issued.


3. Exchanges

❌ We do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different item, you will need to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return or damage claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Non-Returnable Items

To protect our customers and comply with health and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed

  • Items reported as damaged after the 5-day window

  • Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase
