Delivery Policy

At Luminscalp, we are committed to delivering your order securely and on time. Please review our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively within South Africa. Orders placed for delivery outside of South Africa will not be processed and will be refunded.


2. Shipping Costs

  • FREE standard shipping is offered on all orders over R200.

  • Orders under R200 will include a calculated shipping fee at checkout based on location and package weight.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 7–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, extreme weather, or peak shipping seasons.

In the event of a delay, customers will be notified via email with updates.


5. Shipment Notifications

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct to receive updates.


6. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist.

  • We are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed by the courier.


8. Force Majeure

Luminscalp is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, labor shortages, public unrest, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
